Acroyoga is fun and innovative practice that combines the training elements of partner acrobatics with the holistic philosophy of yoga. In acroyoga, you will build strength, stamina, balance and flexibility, as well as cultivate communication, community and trust.

From Dundalk, Nicola Moran first fell in love with Easern philosophy and practices on her visit to India at age 16. Ever since then Nicola continued exploring and training with various renowned teachers and styles. On a return visit to India she studied at an ashram and qualified as a yoga teacher. Nicola was first introduced to the possibility of circus while studying in Belfast but it was only when living in New York that she took the oppurtunity to delve into the acrobatic, circus scene more. This took her to Spain training intensively with Partner Acrobatics and still continues this with professional circus artists in Dublin.
Her dynamic background will offer stength and conditioning, body flexibility and a safe environment for general well being. Reverting back to your 5 year old self, no inhibitions, just present in the feeling.

Nicola’s ACRO YOGA class is open to all levels of practice
