An evening to come together to practice Yoga, Deep relaxation, seated meditaiton and followed by a chat over Chai and some healthy, delicious vegan cakes.
This will be a relaxed evening and open to all levels, those both new and experienced to yoga.

General Schedule of the evening:
18.30 – Short introduction to seated meditation and breath awareness.
18.45- Asana (posture) sequence to gently stretch and work through any tension or tightness in the body.
19.40- Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) to nourish and relax the body, mind and all systems of the body.
20.00- Homemade vegan chai & cakes, chat and a chance to ask questions.
Clair Carter is a 200 hr RYT certitified Yoga teacher and has been practicing and studying Yoga and meditation since 2010. Clair has spent time in Ireland, the UK, Europe and numerous trips to India practicing and studying with senior authorized Ashtanga yoga teachers as well as spending one year living and working in a yoga retreat centre where she completed a year long Hatha Yoga teacher training.
As well as yoga Clair has a deep mediation practicein the Theravadan Buddhism tradition and has attended and managed several silent 10 – day meditaiton retreats here in Ireland, in monasteries in the UK as well as in Asia.
Clair teaches regular yoga classes and workshops in Tuam and Galway.
