This 6 week term will be accessible for varying levels and I will offer individual adjustments and variations of the postures to the different levels and bodies.
Ashtanga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines the breath, movement and drishti (focus point) to bring about a healthier body and mind. It is accessible to everybody.

A two hour workshop focusing on engaging with and building up core strength.
A stable and strong core can help you access deeper into your yoga practice and create protection for the rest of your body by using this core strength instead of putting extra and unnecessary strain on joints and muscles.
This workshop will be acccesible to all levels of yoga practitioners or even those who wish to use some yoga asanas to engage and build up strenght in this area for their own individual practices or excercise routines.
Two hour workshop + tea/healthy vegan snacks and chat afterwards.
